Toward Cleaner Fuels

ExxonMobil is investing substantially to produce ultra-low sulfur gasoline and diesel in many parts of the world. We are also conducting fundamental research on technologies to increase vehicle efficiency and reduce emissions.

In addition, ExxonMobil is involved in innovative partnerships with auto manufacturers to advance technologies for next-generation internal combustion systems, hybrid vehicles, fuel cell systems and emission controls.
