Our Standards of Business Conduct establish our approach and are consistent with the spirit and intent of the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human rights insofar as they apply to private companies. We participate in the U.S.-U.K. dialogue on "Voluntary Principles on Security and Human rights," with the aim of sharing our best practices and learning form the practices of other companies.
