ConocoPhillips’ concern for safety extends beyond its operations. In several ConocoPhillips businesses, employees have developed programs to educate the community on safety, such as the Fire Safety House, which in the past 16 years has taught more than 1 million schoolchildren how to protect themselves and their families from fire.
Other programs focus on road safety, child safety seats and first aid. Many ConocoPhillips operations also aid public safety by donating funds and equipment to local communities.
