An acronym for "New Experiences in Teaching", ExxonMobil supports a program to prepare new Ph.D. mathematicians for the challenge of the undergraduate classroom teaching, and is administered by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA).
NExT fellows complete a professional development program that gives them direct access to seasoned professionals and knowledge of current reform issues. This program has benefited more than 1,000 Project NExT fellows at 450 colleges and universities.
