API's Exploration & Production Winter Standards Meeting will be held January 25-29, 2010 at the InterContinental New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana.

This is an invaluable opportunity to be a part of how the U.S. petroleum industry develops and maintains state-of-the-art standards for the fabrication of pipe and tubular goods. As well as technical sessions for two API groups that lead the industry in developing and maintaining state-of-the-art standards for oil well cements and drilling and completion fluids, tubular goods and quality programs.

Substitutions, Cancellations and Refunds
Substitutions may be made at any by written request by January 14, 2009 and faxed to 202-682-8222 or emailed to registrar@api.org. After January 14, please bring written request for substitution with you to present at the registration desk.

Notice of cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by January 15, 2010 at the American Petroleum Institute, 1220 L Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005-4070. A refund of your registration fee, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be made if notice is received by this date. No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2010.

Advance Your Standards
Your participation keeps API standards going strong, and we would like you to share your standards expertise with the next generation. API invites you to sponsor first-time attendees from your company complimentary at all API 2008 standards meetings.

Complimentary registration is limited to first-time attendees, who must be sponsored and accompanied by a prior API standards meeting participant from the same company. Pre-registration is required. All hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant/attendee.

Hotel Information
Reservations may be made directly with the InterContinental by calling 504-525-5566. Requests for reservations will be taken until 5:00 pm, local time at the hotel on Janury 4, 2010 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Please mention the 2010 E&P Winter Standards Meeting to receive the group rate of $179 single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.

Spouse/Guest Activities
A great spouse program is being developed. In addition to breakfast each morning, an organized activity will be included as follows:
