PIDX International invites you to the 2009 Fall Meeting hosted by OFS Portal. With a dual focus on "E-Commerce Evolution in the decade since the dot-com boom and bust," come hear about successes in developing global standards that have reduced transaction costs, improved efficiencies of business processes, secured effective business communications and reduced cycle times and errors.
For over 20 years, innovative oil companies, their customers, suppliers and business partners have collaborated on scores of standards development and business process improvement projects through the API PIDX committee. In today's market of cutting-edge technology, an increasingly global economy, and with the ever-rising expectations of society our industry must meet the expectations of our customers and stakeholders as we are called upon to be leaders in response to e-business.
PIDX provides a global forum for delivering the process, information, and technology standards that facilitates seamless, efficient electronic business within oil and natural gas industry and its trading community. These projects have reengineered entire business processes and operations for greater efficiency and profitability.
Who Should Attend
Everyone with an interest in developing and implementing electronic business standards for the oil and natural gas industry should attend this meeting. E-business will not happen by itself. It takes your involvement and commitment if we are to realize the full potential that e-business can deliver.
