Comments to BOEM on the Final Programmatic EIS for the Mid- and South Atlantic (May 7, 2014)

This letter provides the comments of the American Petroleum Institute (“API”), the International Association of Geophysical Contractors (“IAGC”), and the National Ocean Industries Association (“NOIA”), in response to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (“BOEM”) Notice of Availability and Request for Comments on its Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for proposed Geological and Geophysical (“G&G”) activities on the Mid- and South Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf (“OCS”).
