The Marine Executive and Tanker Conference Program Committees are delighted to announce that the 2012 API Tanker Conference will be held May 21 - 22 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
We have an exciting program and exceptional speakers and hope that you will join us at the most important event for the maritime community of the year. The biennial Tanker Conference Golf Tournament will be played at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club on Tuesday, May 22.

Bridging the Gap Registration
In order to continue the dialogue on bridging the leadership gap, we would like to encourage senior executives to identify a high potential, future member of their leadership team, and bring them to the 2012 Tanker Conference. API is offering a significantly reduced registration fee of $200 for anyone wishing to take advantage of this mentorship opportunity. The mentor must be registered for the Conference in order to take advantage of this opportunity. To register your “future leader” please complete the registration form posted on the Conference website and fax it to Madeleine Sellouk at 202-682-8222.

Hotel Information
The cutoff date for making sleeping room reservations at the Waldorf Astoria is Friday, April 27 at 5:00 pm local time. You may call 1-888-353-2013 to make a reservation. Please be sure to mention the API Meeting in order to access the discounted rate of $269 for all suite accommodations.
