The Marathon Oil Company Foundation offers eligible Marathon employees the opportunity to participate in its Matching Gifts Program. When an employee makes a contribution of at least $50 in cash or securities to an accredited college or university, the Foundation will contribute a dollar-for-dollar match, up to an aggregate of $10,000 in gifts from an individual contributor per calendar year.
