Alyeska Pipeline has a school-business partnership with Russian Jack Elementary School – one of the most diverse and low-income schools in the Anchorage School District. As a partner, Alyeska provides volunteers to read to the children, hosts quarterly lunches for students, and provides a Thanksgiving lunch for the 400+ students who might not otherwise get a holiday dinner. During the year Alyeska also provides tickets to various cultural and educational events. Alyeska has similar partnerships with schools in Fairbanks and Valdez.
