Both the PPTS reporting forms and the PHMSA 7000-1 have undergone significant changes and enhancements in 2009. There is new reporting in the areas of integrity and control room management, as well as enhanced reporting for some failures, and expanded cause detail. Answers to the questions of "What are these changes?", "How are they going to affect my reporting?". and "What new information do I have to get from or give to my colleagues?" will be provided.
This forum will provide a one-stop for explanations and answers for these new reporting requirements. Control room supervisors, integrity specialists, compliance specialists and data entry personnel should attend. You will be able to hear from those who know it best: PHMSA personnel and DMT members.
The workshop will be held December 2-3 at the Hilton Westchase Hotel in Houston, Texas. There is a modest registration fee. Hotel rooms can be reserved by clicking the link below.
