2009 Control Room Forum

Please plan to join your colleagues for the fourth annual API/AOPL Control Room Management Forum to be held October 27-28, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country in San Antonio, TX. Once again, the agenda will focus on key topics of interest to  both controllers and control room management and provide the opportunity to network and exchange information through interactive group discussion.

To pique your interest . . .come find out what the “dirty dozen” human errors are and some best practices in alarm management. The forum will begin at 1:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, October 27th and conclude by 4:15 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 28th. Attendance at he Forum is limited to Gas and Liquid Pipeline Operating Companies' employees only.

Hotel Information
The Forum will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, Texas, 78251.  Sleeping room reservations may be made by calling 800-233-1234 or by calling the hotel directly at 210-520-4004.  The cutoff for making reservations is October 5, 2009 at 5:00 pm ct.  Please mention the API Control Room meeting to receive the $160 room rate. 

Dress
The dress code for the workshop is business casual.
