75th API Federal Tax Forum
April 20-21, 2009
Hilton Houston North
(Formerly the Wyndham Greenspoint)
12400 Greenspoint Drive
Houston, Texas
API will be hosting its annual Federal Tax Forum in Houston on April 20th and 21st, 2009. The event will be held at the Hilton Houston North (formerly the Wyndham Greenspoint) located at 12400 Greenspoint Drive.
The Forum is one of the only legal conferences focusing on federal oil and gas taxation and is consistently praised by participants as an excellent learning opportunity. It is open to private lawyers and accountants interested in this area and attracts speakers who are leading authorities in their fields. The topics covered at the Forum are usually selected to address both basic and advanced issues on the U.S. taxation of domestic and international oil and gas operations.
The Forum is usually organized with a general session on the first day and various breakout sessions on the second day. We also anticipate that the Forum presentations will qualify for CLE and CPE credits. Based upon past experience, we expect that the Forum will qualify for approximately 11 hours of credits, including the opportunity to earn at least 1 hour of ethics.
Fees
The registration fee for attendees from API Member Companies is $350, and $425 for all others. This fee includes admittance to the Forum, lunches for both days and the complimentary buffet reception on Monday, April 20th at 5PM. Registration and Program Information
