Course Outcomes

- Understand the General Requirements for Design of the main parts
- Define Material specification Define the main general quality control requirements
- Define the requirements for chemical, mechanical, hardness, dimensional, visual control, traceability and serialization, surface and volumetric NDE Define the requirements for chemical, mechanical, hardness, dimensional, visual control, documentation
- Individuate the quality requirements for each type of hangers
- Define the requirements for Bolting to be used into API 6A equipment
- Identify how to select ER and identify the main requirements for production HT Equipment (eg. TUS)
- Define the requirements for welding and overlay and the associated NDE
- Identify the FAT for the main Equipment, their duration and applicability based on the PSL
- Identify the General Marking requirements and how to find product specific requirements, be able to identify critical storing and shipping requirements
