API WorkSafe: Contractor Safety Training

The API WorkSafe Contractor Safety Program provides construction and maintenance workers at retail petroleum convenience facilities and service stations a general awareness of safety issues and procedures associated with contractor work at these sites.

How do I purchase multiple seats for one course?

All API training courses, including WorkSafe, are eligible for purchase by an individual for multiple learners. Before adding the course to your cart in the Webstore, select the quantity of "seats" needed for purchase. When you purchase training for multiple learners, the system generates one Enrollment Key for the entire purchase.

The number of seats you purchased determines how many times that key can be used.

You can share the same Enrollment Key with all learners who need access. Each learner will:

  1. Log in to the Webstore.
  2. Click Go to MyPortal in the header.
  3. Scroll to Enroll Course Section.
  4. Enter the shared Enrollment Key.
  5. Click on Enroll.
  6. Enrollment Successful pop-up appears confirming enrollment. Click on Go To Course to view the course in LearnUpon.

Once the key is redeemed, the course will appear in their Course Enrollments. The key becomes inactive automatically once the total number of allowed enrollments has been used.
