API Welcomes New FERC Commissioners Rosner, See and Chang

WASHINGTON, June 13, 2024 – The American Petroleum Institute (API) today released the following statement from API Vice President of Midstream Policy Robin Rorick congratulating Commissioners David Rosner, Lindsay See and Judy Chang on their confirmation to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and thanking the Senate for their timely and deliberative bipartisan confirmation process to ensure FERC maintains quorum and is able to function properly. 

“API welcomes the confirmation of Commissioners Rosner, See and Chang to FERC and we look forward to working with the new commissioners alongside Chairman Phillips and Commissioner Christie on the permitting and development of vital infrastructure. We appreciate the Senate’s diligence throughout this important nomination process and recognition that a well-functioning FERC is critical to ensure the US can continue to build and operate its critical natural gas infrastructure system.”
