Frank Macchiarola, API’s vice president of downstream and industry operations, testified during the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works Subcommittee hearing on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety entitled “Reducing Emissions While Driving Economic Growth: Industry-led Initiatives.”
API Sr. Policy Advisor Matthew Todd delivered the following statement during the EPA’s public hearing on the proposed NSPS OOOOa rule amendments on October 17, 2019. The oil and natural gas industry is laser-focused on cutting methane emissions through industry initiatives, smart regulations, new technologies, and best practices.
