Shannon DiBari
Shannon DiBari serves as Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy, overseeing API’s day-to-day business operations. DiBari joined API in 2018 as Senior Advisor, where she worked across all of API’s operational channels, enhancing employee engagement throughout the organization and serving as a key strategic partner to API leadership.
Prior to joining API, DiBari served as Executive Vice President and COO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she oversaw day-to-day operations of the trade association and managed the organization’s various programs, initiatives and divisions. Following a 38-year career with the Chamber, DiBari established the Briarpatch Consulting Group, focused on organizational development and leadership, where API was one of her clients.
DiBari has a B.A. in government from the College of William and Mary and an M.S. in leadership and management from Marymount University. She and her husband, Ralph, live in Burke, Virginia with their dog, Seamus.
